• Price changes: We will notify you 30 days before any price changes.

You must not:

• Use InvestLens AI to provide financial advice to third parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Share account credentials
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or circumvent usage limits

All InvestLens AI software, design, and branding is owned by InvestLens AI. AI-generated reports are provided for your personal use only and may not be redistributed commercially.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestLens AI shall not be liable for any investment losses, financial damages, or consequential damages arising from use of this service. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will notify users of material changes by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Krefeld, Germany.
